INFLUENCER COLLABORATION & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of the date signed below by and between the undersigned participants (each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Group”).

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to foster open, creative, and strategic collaboration between influencers. Participants agree to share business ideas, strategies, and resources in a confidential and respectful manner.

2. Confidentiality
Participants agree that any information, business ideas, strategies, contacts, or discussions shared during meetings, messages, or communications within the Group are confidential.

No Participant shall share or disclose such information with non-members without prior written permission from the person who shared it.

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the duration of this Agreement.

3. Non-Compete Clause
To ensure trust and collaboration:

No Participant shall directly compete with another Participant on ideas shared within the Group for a period of 6 months from the date of disclosure.

If two or more Participants decide to partner on an idea, a non-compete period of 1 year shall apply from the start of the partnership.

4. Voluntary Participation
All Participants enter into this Agreement voluntarily. This Agreement does not obligate any Participant to pursue joint ventures or partnerships, unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

5. Term
This Agreement shall remain in effect for one year from the date of signing and may be renewed or revised by mutual consent.

6. Miscellaneous
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved first through informal discussion, and if necessary, through mediation.

This Agreement represents the full understanding between Participants and supersedes any prior discussions.
