This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

The Munchie Mob, an event management company (“Munchie Mob”), and

Orlando Jets Football Organization, a sports team and event host (“Orlando Jets”).

Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

Scope of Services
The Munchie Mob shall act as the official food vendor and fan engagement facilitator for all home football games hosted by the Orlando Jets for the duration of the 2025 season. Services include:

Food vendor recruitment, onboarding, and coordination

Oversight of vendor logistics (ice, electricity, tables, etc.)

Management of pre-event family and fan activities

Assistance with crowd engagement and on-site flow

Coordination of vendor payment collection and communication

Collaboration with Road to Halftime (if applicable) on halftime entertainment

Revenue Sharing Structure
Major Sponsorships

For any sponsors directly brought in by The Munchie Mob, the revenue split shall be:

5% to The Munchie Mob

95% to Orlando Jets

Food Vendors and Food Trucks

For any food vendors or trucks directly secured by The Munchie Mob, the revenue split shall be:

40% to The Munchie Mob

60% to Orlando Jets

Payment Processing & Reporting

The Munchie Mob shall be responsible for collecting all payments from vendors and sponsors that it brings in.

A detailed financial report shall be submitted to the Orlando Jets within 14 days after each event.

Term & Renewal
This Agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) full football season from the Effective Date, covering all regular-season home games and related vendor and engagement operations.

Upon the conclusion of the season, both parties will meet for a formal evaluation and review.

The Agreement may be renewed for an additional one-year term upon mutual written agreement by both parties.

Ownership & Branding
All materials, signage, and branding used by The Munchie Mob during events must be pre-approved by the Orlando Jets organization.

The Munchie Mob shall have non-exclusive rights to market its brand during food vendor activations and family entertainment zones.

Indemnity & Liability
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party against any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the indemnifying party.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
